Joseph “Joey” Morales

Joseph “Joey” Morales is the Human Resources Manager here at New Heights Ventures. Although Joey oversees all aspects of human resources, his focus and passion is in talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Along with Human Resources, Joey comes with experience in Business Management, Corporate Event planning and Operations Management. If there is a faster, more organized and efficient way of doing something, Joey will find it. After spending almost 20 years in Food & Beverage, Joey found his passion in growing, developing, and leading company culture from the seat of Human Resources. Joey’s best day is when he goes home knowing he made a difference in how a team member sees themself or the impact they make in our company or being able to offer a position to well a qualified candidate.

When Joey is not finding a way to serve the team here at New Heights Ventures, he goes home to his wife Bethany and his three daughters: Tessa, Emileigh and Abigail. The whole family are HUGE Disney fans!! In fact, that is where Joey proposed to Bethany. If Joey is missing from the office, there is a high probability the family is at Disneyland.

With four ladies at home Joey does not get much free time, but when he does, he enjoys grilling, BBQing, or smoking every type of meat imaginable and spending time with his family and friends.
