Lisa has dedicated over 17 years in caring for people with disabilities. Anyone who has met Lisa, knows she is always one to greet you with a smile. Lisa works effortlessly to coordinate services and provide valuable resources to the people she serves in a healthy and positive environment. To no surprise, Lisa’s interpersonal skills, time management, and efficiency have allowed her to climb up the ranks from a personal care attendant to SLS Coordinator at New Heights Ventures. Her extensive skill set, attention to detail and strong focus has led to her success of managing an extensive and varying caseload. Lisa brings excitement to all she does. Whether coordinating services, planning day-to-day activities, drafting reports or simply lending a listening ear, Lisa provides a genuine quality of work that is discernable in her ability to step up to the plate. Taken from those she serves, Lisa demonstrates compassion, care, optimism and understanding. She motivates her persons served and team members through music, dancing and her overall positivity. Lisa garners fulfillment in sharing good memories with those she serves whom she describes as her family. When Lisa is not fulfilling her calling with her persons served, she is busy being a mom of two awesome boys, encouraging their individual passions, thrift store shopping, searching for new music and finding the best pizza joint around!
