New Heights Ventures is vendored to work anywhere in the counties of Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura. 

New Heights Ventures serves people who qualify for services through TCRC. Generally, these are people who have been diagnosed with a developmental disability, such as intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, and many more.

New Heights Ventures does not bill people directly for its services. New Heights Ventures is vendored with TCRC, who funds the services. Please refer to TCRC for more information in this area.

New Heights Ventures employees are interviewed, given reference checks, and must pass a Livescan background check through the FBI and Department of Justice. Additionally, they must pass a drug screen. Upon being hired, they take a Pro-ACT course to become certified in non-violent crisis prevention and intervention. They must also become first aid and CPR certified. New employees then overlap management and current employees to get to know the persons served through New Heights Ventures and learn about their goals, successes, and how to provide for their individual needs.
